Thursday 13th November

Hi Simon The reason why we put the idea to one side is because as Bright Futures is having a National Event in January, we thought it would be a bit much to ask everyone to travel out again, especially when we will also have the National Event in June. You know the ideas we had, and I am still open to hear about what other Universities think, and their ideas, but we just thought it would be asking a bit too much of everyone. I hope you are well. Gemma (Swansea Bright Futures)

It might still be fun to have a Christmas social with a big meal and fairy lights; everyone loves an excuse for a big party. We're smart students, I'm sure we could work out a way to do it to suit everyone's budget. Matthew (Bright Futures Leeds)

Hmmmmm, not much enthusiasm here.... or maybe people don't look so often. I say start planning, if anyone become interested we can go ahead, if not than we've lost nothing. Ok, we could either meet somewhere centralised or do a north/south thing and go to where ever's closest. I'm very new to the Leeds committee so I have no idea of locations etc. Would everyone be feeling a meal/night-out/something special? Matthew
